Every beat on dskits is sold as a licence. You are buying permission to use the recording, not ownership of it. Pick the tier that matches what you actually plan to do with the song - if you are not sure, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly.

What every licence includes
- Instant download the moment your payment clears, plus the same link by email.
- Untagged files. The producer tag you hear in the preview is not in what you download.
- The right to record, release and monetise your song on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and every other streaming platform, within the limits of your tier.
- A licence PDF with your name and the date on it, so you can prove what you bought.
What no non-exclusive licence allows
- Reselling, re-licensing or giving away the files themselves.
- Uploading the beat or its stems to a content ID system, distribution service or sample library as your own work.
- Registering the composition with a PRO as sole writer.
- Removing or replacing the producer credit.
Producer credit
Every non-exclusive licence requires the credit prod. dskits in your track title or description wherever the song is published. It costs you nothing and it is how this catalogue keeps growing.
Exclusive licences
An exclusive takes the beat off the store permanently. Nobody else can buy it after you, and anyone who already leased it keeps the rights they paid for - that is how exclusives work everywhere, and we will tell you upfront how many leases are already out on a beat before you commit.
Exclusives start at $350 and are agreed by email, not through the cart. Send us the beat title and what you plan to release. Exclusive purchases are final and cannot be refunded, because the beat is withdrawn from sale the moment the order is placed.
Sample packs
Sample packs are royalty free. Use the sounds in your own commercial productions with no further payment and no credit required. The one rule: you may not resell the sounds as sounds, in any form, including inside another sample pack.
Upgrading later
If a song outgrows the tier you bought - it takes off, or you need stems you did not pay for - email us. We credit what you have already paid against the higher tier. We would far rather upgrade you than chase you.
