Refund policy

Digital products

DSKITS sells digital music products, including sample packs and downloadable audio files. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after delivery, we generally cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a download link has been issued or a file has been downloaded.

If a download is faulty, incomplete, corrupted, or materially different from its product description, contact us at dskitsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, store credit, or refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
